The beds were large and overall the room was silent & spotless. The hotel provided a savoury and rich breakfast with eggs as options, fruit plus juice. The location was unbeatable for walking around a superb private museum.

It's fairly clean hotel nestled in a historic style building in the relatively quiet area. So wonderful to be in the heart of Puebla, perfect position. There is a good restaurant at a moderate distance from property...

Amazing base for exploring Puebla. Incredible, fantastic room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. Plenty of food available in the bar. Super and exceptional location, short walk from The neighborhood artist Fountain.

The hotel met what we needed, it was an excellent stay that was a mix of work and vacation. Our spotless room was complete with free full breakfast and a comfortable bed, for instance. The staff was incredibly nice - we would love to come back here some time.

Also, by the centro for easy access. Excellent food at breakfast served in the bar.

The location was great, close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh orange juice every day. Also appreciated the free parking.

The room was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. the room had a musty odor that was unpleasant.

The rooms were all large and contemporary with air conditioning and the showers, for instance. The location was unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from Santo Domingo.

Everything met the demands, had a NICE stay that was a mix of work and vacation. Spotless room, climate control, a private safe and pay television were a nice surprise. Location: the hotel was near to the barrio de artistas, cathedral and many restaurants in the zocalo, the centro and flea market and nice walk to cathedral and zocalo. Puebla Centro district was worth exploring.

The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that every detail is taken care of. The location is unbeatable, just a few blocks away from the main square and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. this hotel provides a great experience for anyone visiting this vibrant city.

The staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay a pleasant experience. They were also able to communicate in English, which was a big plus. The hotel's location is fantastic, with many of the city's attractions within walking distance. I especially enjoyed the convenience of having a five-star restaurant nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with well-designed bathrooms featuring large walk-in showers. Despite being centrally located, the hotel is surprisingly quiet.

While the beds were comfortable for me, my partner found them to be too hard. This could be a matter of personal preference, so it may not be an issue for everyone.
